In March I was scheduled for an dental appointment in the middle of June and 1 week before the appointment they call and tell me I will be rescheduled to the end of august because the doctor won’t be in that day. Pretty ridiculous in my opinion, I understand you guys are backed up, but making a patient wait 6 months because the doctor doesn’t want to come in on your appointment date is very unprofessional, not to mention this happens about every time you try to schedule an appointment here. Until recently I've been going to Klamath Open Door for roughly 7+ years. It was usually decent to good care, but it has slowly been going down hill the last few years. My doctor never told me she was leaving. I heard she was leaving by others in the office but not her. It took months from them to assign me a replacement, he's, well, no longer my doctor, nor am I going to them any more. I switched to Skylakes this month.
Being new to the I have only had a couple of appointments with the facility and I have been treated wonderfully by both staff and providers. Everyone treats me very well and makes sure I am fully taken care of. Thank you to everyone there
I've had a few procedures at klamath county open door over the last few years . Living on a fixed income the sliding scale ( i wish were less ) has always been manageable. No one has sent demand letters I always send something each month. They have always been fair and professionable. I would recommend them for they serve a great need in the community.
Just in Klamath visiting my mom and sister. Mom had a doctor's appointment here today. Showed up 10 minutes early, so we ended up waiting 30 minutes to get in to see the doctor.
