Worst doctor's office in Klamath Falls before COVID. They were really good, but now they keep losing doctors and the doctors they are hiring are incompetent and cannot get medications filled properly or get referrals done properly. Recommended, no one go here and if you can leave do it now. Horrible horrible place.

First they denied me a visit until someone else called on my behalf. Then they recommended x-rays, which everyone I spoke to outside the medical field said I needed an MRI. They said it's to charge more for each service. I needed this just to get a referral to someone who actually knew what they were doing. I asked if I owed anything. Should be called closed door. I was seen here once because my friend took me in to see his provider, and the provider made them make me an appointment, because my issue had to be addressed ASAP, i needed a doctor's signature for something. For my follow up appointment they changed my location, they closed the location I was supposed to be seen at, didn't tell me. It is now going on a week trying to get the staff at Open Door to properly send a prescription order to the Fred Meyer Pharmacy. This has happened five times in the last year. Eight calls have been placed to Open Door, claims were made that the prescription had been sent, and Fred Meyer has still not received it. They tried to blame my mother when they first had it filled in Open Door's pharmacy, when it is listed in her file which pharmacy she uses and she confirmed each time she spoke with Open Door staff that is was Fred ... read more

My sister went in to have a bandage replaced after a surgery on her kidneys. The staff was dirty, unprofessional, poor medical treatment. The staff didn’t know what to do about her condition. So I sent her to Medford Hospital instead and got better care there. The place should be closed or inspected by the department of health.
