I come in for an appointment and the receceptionist Cindy tells me I was cancelled and they called which they didn't. Then she turns to the other receptionist and says "suboxone" and they both put masks on. I called again to complain and she hangs up on me. Then the other clinic says I just need to see a nurse there and I call to ask to speak to one. As soon as Cindy got my birthday she yells and hangs up on me. The entire building reeks of mold too. Dr only gave me 2 months refill but won't redo my bloodwork for another month. Meanwhile I'm out of medicine and standing at Fred Meyer waiting for Dr approval for over an hour now. They don't even care whatsoever! No help when I call. I only get to town once a week and if I don't get my meds filled today, I will do without for a week. Not cool at all!

Really Helpful Staff I've been talking with "Cindy" who is the receptionist @ Chiloquin Open Door. I live in Klamath Falls, (however they are not taking new patients) and Cindy was great. I picked up paperwork from Klamath and they faxed it to the Chiloquin office. I'm finally found a female doctor. So far, so good!

Klamath Health Partnership claims that they will phone members when they are eligible for Covid vaccinations. This is completely false. I am a month beyond the age based timeline with no call from them.

Great place. My ears were giving me problems.They took the time for me and got my ears unplugged. Very friendly
