Chiloquin Open door is a great fixture in our community! Dr. Fridinger saved my life 2 years ago! Had my first appointment with Scott Alexander and his medical assistant Jayde and I was very happy! He took time to talk to me and explain things!
They are always kind and respectful. Always text or call for appointment reminders for two ladies at the front desk are very professional. The wound nurse is spectacular miss the Dr. Jonathan Neil he has left him gone elsewhere. Otherwise you one through 10 I’ll give them a 10.
I love the Chiloquin Open Door. I’ve been going there for almost 10 years and they’ve always been very friendly and helpful. They’ve always gone the extra mile for myself and my family!

I come in for an appointment and the receceptionist Cindy tells me I was cancelled and they called which they didn't. Then she turns to the other receptionist and says "suboxone" and they both put masks on. I called again to complain and she hangs up on me. Then the other clinic says I just need to see a nurse there and I call to ask to speak to one. As soon as Cindy got my birthday she yells and hangs up on me. The entire building reeks of mold too.
